Owner and operator, Ralphe Clarke has 34 years experience gained in the marine construction, marine salvage and oil exploration & production industries as a diver, diving supervisor, diving superintendent, salvage technician, salvage master, diving consultant and diving & ROV contractor.
Ralphe started his commercial diving carrear in 1974 carrying out light salvage work, ship repair and harbor construction in Barbados. In 1978 Ralphe joined the North Sea oil industry working for major international diving companies such as, Taylor Diving & Salvage, Wharton Williams Ltd (2W) / Rockwater Offshore Contractors Ltd, Comex Middle East, Comex Houlder, Oceaneering International, Seaway Diving (stolt), McDermott International, Global Diving Services,International Underwater Contractors (IUC), KD Marine, Northern Divers Ltd, Hydrospace International and CCC Underwater Engineering.
Dive Marine Contractors, a Registered Barbados company since 1997, is an offshoot of Barbados Divers Ltd (1982) and HESAS UK Ltd (1992). The Company has 18 years of experience in underwater contracting services to clients such as Shell Antillies Guianas Ltd, Esso Standard Oil SA Ltd, Mobil Oil, West Indies Oil Company, Elf Calidonian, Lloyds, ABS, DNV, Germager Lloyd, US Navy Port Engineers, Barbados Port Authority, Dominica Port Authority, Aberdeen Port Authority, Arawak Cement Company, Barbados Light & Power Company, Misner Marine Inc, Raymond International, Birse Construction, West Indies Rum Distillery Ltd and Barbados National Oil Terminals Ltd.
